first time go jogging on my own leh. *proud*

no one was running. only some who were either strolling or cycling.

i ran for like 3.4km in 13min19s. haha. dunno whether good or not.
but im aiming for 13min for the next jog. :D
my shirt was like totally wet with sweat aft the run.
and it was quite heavy. keep sticking to my back.
i just realised tt jogging is good for my voice. teeheee (:
