GUITAR! Why can't I have a guitar of my own? My parents just wouldn't trust me that I would continue to study after I have a guitar. Wth. As if by not giving me a guitar, I will concentrate in my studies. Zzz hell.
I'm thinking of buying my own guitar, better than begging my papa to get the old, dusty guitar at my grandma's house. But I don't think I will buy it soon, only when time ripes. Lol. I still don't understand their wonderful theory.
Don't they think that their child here has no talent at all? From young I've been wanting to learn piano but they just kept giving excuses like 'the piano is expensive' and etc. But this time it's just a guitar that costs less than a hundred bucks and I've got Yongrong who is willing to teach me. Other than moral values, they think that studying and pure mugging are the next important things in line.
I know that whatever they do is for my own good, well most people know that, but they are far too strict and interfering in whatever I do. Including those moments when I go to the living room to switch the router and modem on, my mama had to demand a reason for switching on the router and modem. Yeah as if she asks about what I do everyday in school. What she cares most is results.
Whatever.
What the hell, and they want me to go overseas with them during the holidays to Genting or Bangkok. I would rather stay at home to mug as they wish. I really had no intention of going overseas during the holidays and wasting precious time and money there. And I don't want to relax myself by travelling overseas. I could just go jogging or basketball to relieve stress and I really don't want to leave Singapore(see, I'm so patriotic).
It's simply so ARGH. I don't want to waste my last year in secondary school just pure mugging.
I NEED A LIFE OF MY OWN.
