BASKETBALL! After so many days of being inactive, I finally played basketball today :D Zhicheng was in the same stupid situation as I was then. Both of us always wanted to go exercise or jog, but in the end we were simply too lazy to move our bodies. And finally, I played basketball with Adriel, Zhicheng, Liying and her brother(I forgot his name LOL) today.
What a coincidence. I was watching Shaman King's(an anime) last episode when Zhicheng came to talk to me in msn and he straight away asked if I want to play basketball. I was quite shocked because... ZHICHENG?! ZHICHENG ACTUALLY ASKED ME OUT TO PLAY BASKETBALL?! And then I learnt that Adriel was at his house. No wonder... Adriel that bball freak LOL.
So I went down to the basketball court to scout first and negotiated with those malays playing soccer there. One small boy told me that they were training for a soccer competition later. MY FOOT. Who in the world will believe their rubbish. But anyway I just sat on the bench and waited to Zhicheng and Adriel to come.
When we started playing, those malays were like siam to the other side of the court, but occasionally they would just kick until the half of the court which we occupied. I WAS OFF-FORM TODAY! I kept missing-.-
After a while, Liying and her brother came and the atmosphere was like... weird, but it seems that playing bball helped to break the ice hahaha. Hmm her brother was quite pro, but I think he had a problem catching the bball. I was once kicked by him in the chest while he was jumping to catch the ball, but it didn't hurt much. Then poor Adriel's feet were full of blisters(I think) and kept complaining. I bet Liying's heart will be aching like siaow. Zhicheng can now shoot 3-pointers :D Whoa his shots were damn powerful with force. I was even scared that the ball hit my face and become like roti prata.
Speaking of roti prata, we played a few matches with some aircon installers. Due to their big-sizes, Liying said that we might become roti pratas under their body HAHA. OMG THEY TOTALLY OWN US! The way they passed the ball was like what I saw during NBA matches, fast and powerful. I was pretty amazed at the way they cooperate and their shooting skills. They looked rough, but actually they were always making sure not to hurt us. One funny thing about them was that whenever a girl/woman walking past whether is she chio/chou, they would always turn to look one. There was one time when a really chio girl walked past, and one of them made a 'sucking' sound(don't fantasize please, I don't know how to describe it) to signal to the others 'EH THERE'S A CHIOBU WALKING PAST!' and the rest turned to look at her LOL. So funny la.
After being thrashed by them for a few matches, those from SP came and asked for a match. They agreed, but we were rather worn out already, so we sat and watch for a while. Those from SP were like giants towering over those short and plump dwarfs hahaha. After while, we went home and I didn't skate LOL. Sorry Liying for taking the pair of skates here and didn't wear it. I felt a little guilty. BUT, next time if want to go rollerblading can call me!
That's about today's bball session. Ohya, I KILLED A COCKROACH :D I was bathing when I spotted a cockroach peeping at me. I bet the cockroach was a female. So what if it's a female, COCKROACHES ARE COCKROACHES! I was waiting for it to crawl further into the bathroom so that I could squirt soap at it. Too bad she was heading back. Fortunately(or unfortunately of her), I squirted soap + water at it. My mother taught me to aim soap at a cockroach's head and it's a method to kill one instantly. Woohoo the method worked and true enough, she was already flipped over when I got out of the bathroom :D That was my first ever cockroach killed by me.
Ehehe, I think I'll sleep early tonight, obviously not now lol. BYE.
