Hey I just bathed because just now I went for a jog. Bathing is so shuang after jogging. It makes me feel so relaxed and refreshed :D I love jogging when it's gonna rain soon LOL. Okay currently it's raining but just now when I was jogging, there were only grey clouds and strong wind.
I LOVE STRONG WINDS.
It's like a cool hairdryer blowing non-stop at my hair then makes it look so BOOMZ. I think I've not run for a long long time so my timing was worse than the previous one, which was dated back to November 09 D: And my diaphragm felt as if it's gonna snap anytime soon(although I know it wouldn't) and I had to find a hot stone bench to sit.
My butt cheeks were cooked immediately. *Pssssss~
While I was bathing just now, I was thinking if I should change the once-a-week jog to a once-every-three/four-days jog. If I jog once a week, in one year I'll only be jogging like 52 times LOL. That's very little. If I jog at least once every four days, in one year I can jog at least 80 times, and can slack somemore during exam period. However, if I managed to join volleyball in JC, I will never imagine how tough the trainings will be, probably more tiring than a 4.8km run. Lols.
Anyway, the main thing is, I need to keep myself healthy and fit. From now on, I shall say no to ice cream, fries, and chips(because I just had chips before the jog) for at least one month. It will be CNY on month from now, so probably I'll give myself a little treat(or many big treats LOL) during CNY and enjoy those junk food. I think I'll be able to resist the bagua temptation because I don't really like eating that, so oily + heaty. My throat feels damn weird after eating a piece of bagua. Oh and the white white cookies during CNY are unhealthy too, better not eat them.
Haha I sounded like a health freak here, but I only wanted myself to be in a good shape and stay healthy! It's not like I'm skinny so I can eat anything I like and you're fat so you can only eat a grain of rice every day. Not true! Slightly plump people can be healthier than skinny people like me. So eat and exercise moderately to keep the body healthy. Walao I sound like I'm helping Health Promotion Board or to promote or something. Okay whatever.
