NGEEANN POLY OPEN HOUSE!
Okay so the title says it all. Fion, Huixin, Wenya, Nixon and I went to NP Open House today. Surprisingly, we were ALL late. Haha it's quite funny because everyone reached Clementi later than the time which we were supposed to meet. Then we had brunch together and off we go to NP.
It was rather surprising to meet Khengleng at the bus stop at Clementi central haha. So she was kind enough to tell me where to go in NP when we reached there. We went to the sports area first(I don't know what's that area called) and we played archery. It was quite fun but I wasn't used to using right hand to pull the bow(or what?). Greedy Fion wanted to try for the second time lols.
Next we went to a sheltered area where a lot of the CCAs were, there were a lot a lot. The CCAs that caught my attetion was in-line skating, volleyball and canoeing. I guess canoeing can never be my CCA haha. They even have in-line skating as a CCA! So cool right? Then they were playing volleyball at a corner while some canoeist were trying to balance the volleyball with their paddles or whatever haha.
So we anyhow walked and we walked into a small sheltered and air conditioned area, damn cooling. So we had games and small activities there. We even had our blood pressure and heartbeat rate tested there! We also took a few photos using some modern technology stuff, but I don't think the system was very good anyway.
After that we went to a very large hall where exhibitions were held. There were also the various lecturers from different courses waiting for us students to ask them questions. Fion and I went to the FSV exhibition to look see because both of us were interested in the course. That woman was very willing to provide us with information and she liked Fion haha(because she's talkative and kept bombarding the woman with questions). We went on to Chinese media or something, it's not as appealing as FSV though, so FSV was certainly better. We met the rest after a while and it was time to bid Wenya and Huixin goodbye because they needed to leave for job training.
So Fion, Nixon and I explored a little more by taking the bus to get goodie bags HAHAHA. Omg we were damn auntie la, like anything free also want to take. We took our Lucky Donuts. Actually those weren't donuts at all! Anyway, the main thing was, Fion and I will be eating our Lucky Donuts on the day when the results are released. Lucky a little ma.. Nixon was greedy so he ate the donut straight after he got it LOLS. Khengleng told me that she got 7points after eating the Lucky Cupcake on the day when the results were released last year, so qiang right! So this time will be our turn MUAHAHA.
Then we went to the School of Film and Media Studies to explore. It was very nice inside the studios, so wow, because I've never seen such things before. I got quite excited looking at those equipment haha. After that we camwhored around the school LOLS so sanba. We even openly camwhored in front of a group of Sec 4 students(not the '09 batch, is the '10 batch), but anyway 我们就是这么疯. I think if Adriel was here, he won't even want to join us one lor.
After that we got out of NP because Fion had to meet her friend for a movie. Unfortunately Adriel couldn't come out D: So Nixon and I were just like follow Fion and her friend. We alighted at Braddel and skip skip skip, Nixon and I camped at Macs. Skip skip skip, Fion and her friend and Nixon and I went to Somerset. Skip skip skip, Nixon and I roamed around Orchard AND WE GOT LOST ROFLMAO. We walked and walked and finally found a bus stop and we took a bus to Dhoby Ghaut to get Nixon's handphone back.
After that the two of us went to meet Wenya and Huixin at Suntec. I feel a little guilty because we camwhored only after they left us D: So in order to forgive myself, I took some shots of them LOLS so lame.
I will upload the pictures some other days. For now I will go to have a good rest (: I DON'T WANT TO WORK!
